For lenders, additional information such as borrower's name and phone numbers, type of loan, loan purpose, type of appraisal, due date, sales price or estimated value, legal description and listing/selling agents contact information will facilitate the process in an accurate and timely manner.

For individuals (homeowners, prospective buyers and sellers, real estate agents, etc.), please fill out as much information as you can. Other than the required fields, the main information we will need from you is the name, phone number and address of the lender you want the appraisal prepared for, (if applicable), and the borrower's name, address and phone number (typically your name) unless it is the same as the previous field (customer or lender name). For payment, you may use either PayPal or we will make other arrangements with you.
