The owner/president
of Apex Valuation is Mark C. Hopkins, MAI. Mark Hopkins has served on
an appraisal review committee for the North Texas Chapter of The Appraisal
Institute. During the past 15 years, he has appraised residential and
commercial real estate locally, and has completed appraisals on institutional-grade
commercial properties in the states of Texas, California, Oklahoma,
Washington, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri. His area of expertise includes
the valuation of apartments, motel/hotels, retail, office and industrial
facilities, as well as numerous special-use facilities such as churches,
car washes, and restaurants.
