Apex Valuation is knowledgeable and qualified to perform appraisals on a myriad of properties. The majority of our work has been performed in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. However, we have appraised numerous commercial properties throughout the State of Texas, and can offer practical appraisal services to other states as well.

The owner/president of Apex Valuation is Mark C. Hopkins, MAI. Mark Hopkins has served on an appraisal review committee for the North Texas Chapter of The Appraisal Institute. During the past 15 years, he has appraised residential and commercial real estate locally, and has completed appraisals on institutional-grade commercial properties in the states of Texas, California, Oklahoma, Washington, Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri. His area of expertise includes the valuation of apartments, motel/hotels, retail, office and industrial facilities, as well as numerous special-use facilities such as churches, car washes, and restaurants.

Our associate residential appraiser is Curtis Jackson.

Apex Valuation has a diverse clientele including owners, investors, lenders, estates, and attorneys. Of additional importance to our clients, we can offer quality commercial reports within a short time frame. Our commercial report turnaround is typically 3 to 4 weeks depending upon the scope of the assignment. We can also provide you with evaluations and summary appraisal reports at low costs within a one to two week period. Furthermore, our residential report turnaround is typically 3 to 7 days.
